On the instructions of the leadership of the Russia’s Investigative Committee the Moscow Region Investigating bodies are checking information published by a number of media and stating that the rights on receiving a flat by an orphan of a citizen of Voskresensky district were violated. The flat has been for 14 years kept without a host and is unfit for living.

At present checks are underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

The check will give legal treatment to actions of guardianship authorities and other officials of administration of Voskresensky district, Moscow Region.
