May 9, 2014, together with students of cadet classes under the auspices of the Russian Investigative Committee named after Lieutenant-General Mikhail Yadrov, the staff of the Stavropol Territory Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation went to the city of Stavropol, where a solemn rally dedicated to the Victory Day took place.

After the rally, flowers were laid at the eternal flame monument in memory of those who had died for the great victory, and those war veterans who saw its 69th anniversary.
