On the eve of the International Children’s Day with the purpose to prevent crimes committed by minors the officials of the Kursk Region Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee met with school, college and technical school students.

At the meetings the investigators delivered lectures on the crimes committed both against minors and by minors. During their lectures they focused on reasons and conditions contributing to committing crimes against children and on inevitability of punishment if the crime was committed by a minor. In addition they drew the listeners’ attention to sex crimes against minors and that it was possible to report such crimes anonymously.
