Traditionally, on the eve of the International Children’s Day, the inmates and staff of the Social rehabilitation center for minors invited their patrons – the Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee for the Jewish Autonomous Region. This time the guests not only saw a concert prepared by the children, but took part in the game “Station Game”. The today’s celebration was organized not only for the center’s inmates, but also for the children taking part in an innovative project “Hello, it’s me!” implemented with the support of the Foundation for support of children in a difficult life situation and physically challenged children.
Each team of the inmates had one investigator in it. The children and adults were going to travel through stations: “Clearing of Riddles”, “Learn Rights, Learn Yourself”, “Merry Paints” and “Sports Kaleidoscope”. The boys and girls had great pleasure in learning how to make aqua make-up, solved riddles, demonstrated their knowledge of rights and freedoms provided by the UN Convention “On Children’s Rights” and competed in a merry relay race. All the teams led by the investigators competed honestly and tied it.
At the end of the event Deputy Head of the Investigations Directorate Uevgeny Zverev congratulated all the children on the successful end of school year, beginning of summer holidays, wished them to spent more time outside, find a lot of good friends, but not forget about safety rules in different situations, the investigators told them about. The children got sports gear and sets for asphalt art and many other things for presents.
