In Moscow charges pressed against Vladislav Germanovich ex-manager in organizations incorporated in OAO Oboronservis

The Main Military Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has pressed charges against former acting CEO of OAO Oboronstroy and OAO Main Directorate for Provision of Troops (hereinafter – the Main Directorate) Vladislav Germanovich. He is charged with a crime under part 2 of article 201 of the RF Penal Code (abuse of authority entailing grave consequences).

According to investigators, between 15 March and 14 December 2012, Germanovich both on his own and via his subordinates ordered to affect payment under fictitious service contracts and acceptance certificates. In all, based on the forged documents Oboronstroy and the main Directorate incorporated in OAO Oboronservis transferred over 14.8 million rubles.

At present investigating operations are underway to finish the probe and after that the accused and his lawyers will start studying the files of the criminal case.
