Krasnoyarsk Territory investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case in a crime under part 2 of article 118 of the RF Penal Code (infliction of grievous bodily harm by negligence, committed by a person due to a failure to perform their professional duties).

It has been reported earlier that in August 2014, in the village of Idrinskoye two newborns suffered burns due to careless actions of medical personnel in Indrinskoye Central Hospital.

In addition, Krasnoyarsk investigating bodies have launched a criminal investigation in a crime under part 2 of article 293 of the RF Penal Code (negligence) over failure of medical personnel at Idrinskoye Central Hospital to perform their professional duties resulted in failure to provide two newborn babies with qualified medical aid.

Following the investigation of two criminal cases the investigators will give the toughest legal assessment to all guilty ones.
