Investigation of a criminal case against members of the criminal community acted in the Komi Republic

There are 19 defendants in the case, such as the Komi Republic Head Vyacheslav Gaizer, his deputy Alexey Chernov, the State Council of Komi Chairman Igor Kovzel, the Deputy Chairman of the Komi Government Constantin Romadanov, ex-senator from Komi Evgeny Samoilov and others. According to investigation data, they were involved in crimes stipulated in Article 210 CC and Article 159 CC of the Russian Federation (organization and participation in criminal community, fraud).
