The flagrant incident of battery occurred in the middle of January and caused broad public resonance. Investigation of this criminal case was staked on control by the chairman of the Investigative committee of Russia.
According to investigators, on January 18, 2016 at 14:30 the accused woman and the 3-year old daughter of her son's immate were visiting the Aurora supermarket on the Pobedy avenue in Cherepovets. The girl was playing and hiding between shelfs not obeying woman's calls to come to her, then the woman bit the girl with left palm in the head. As a result the aggrieved person fell to the floor, having headbutted against a shelve with alcohol production. After this the woman stumped a girl.
Adequate evidentiary base has been collected by investigation, therefore the criminal case with an approved indictment has been directed to the court for consideration on the merits.
In a connection with investigation occurred work on revelation of circumstances which were contributing to commission of the crime, as well as of other facts of law compliance that violated rights of the minor was undertaken.
Investigator has initiated an audit of the girl's living condition and upbringing by the bodies of tutelage and ward, social security of population, home affairs and Commission on Juvenile Affairs and their rights protection. No facts testifying to a social-dangerous situation of the family were established, the child has all the things needed. But for purposes of child rights violation prevention the family is now monitored by the police, as well as by bodies of population social security of Cherepovets.
Investigation found out that the aggrieved person and her mother have been living in Cherepovets without registration for a long time, but this fact had not been revealed by the internal affairs bodies, the measures of administrative responsibility were not applied to the woman. Submission is brought into effect by Investigation of th Russian Department of the Interior, the guilty person is made liable.
Moreover investigation has informed the mayor's office about the fact that the aggrieved person has a disease requiring a surgery and that it is necessary to deliver her medical care.
