Officials of Investigative Committee visit Murom Infant Home in Vladimir Region

On 1 June 2015, the International Children’s Day, officials of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee visited the Murom Infant Home (specialized) in Vladimir Region again.

The donations gathered by the officials of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee had bought toys recommended by the teachers and medical staff of the facility. There was a traditional party with clowns, where children could play and dance. The officials talked with children, gave them balloons and sweets.

Practical assistance plans for the second half of 2016 were discussed with the management of the facility.

The Investigative Committee has been patronizing the Murom Infant Home for several years now.   It should be noted that the assistance is provided on regular basis and is extended to a number of similar social institutions. Almost all regional offices of the Investigative Committee have made a decision to help children’s homes and other social facilities for children. The sponsorship is not reduced to one-time presents for holidays. The staff of the investigative authorities if necessary take measures to organize provision of highly-qualified medical aid to seriously-ill inmates of the facilities, as well as to assist with education and adjustment of orphans after they leave facilities.
