Alexander Bastrykin received citizens in Moscow on 8 June 2016 from 11 AM to 6 PM. The Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee received 10 residents of Karachay-Cherkessia, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Transbaikalian Territories, Belgorod, Smolensk, Magadan and Omsk Regions.

Most of the complaints related to procedural decisions made over criminal cases investigated in regional authorities of the Investigative Committee.

Following the reception, Mr. Bastrykin gave explicit orders to heads of territorial investigating bodies. The review of all received complaints and appeals is under personal control of the Chairman.
