The first department of the Central Administration of the Investigative Committee based in Moscow continues the investigation against former head of the Russian office of the company Airpor management Company Limited Svetlana Trishina, managing director of ZAO Domodedovo Airport Aviation Security Andrei Danilov, director of the airport Vyacheslav Nekrasov and actual owner of Domodedovo airport Dmitry Kamenshchik. All of them are charged with a crime under Part 3 of Article 238 of the RF Penal Code (fulfillment of works or provision of services which do not meet safety standards entailing death of two or more people by negligence).
During the investigation, victims of the 2011 Domodedovo terrorist attack filed actions on more than 1 billion rubles of damages. To secure the actions investigators have requested a court to arrest a 1 billion rubles bank account of the owner of Domodedovo airport Dmitry Kamenshchik. The court granted the request today and ruled that the account has to be arrested.
At the same time, the administration of Domodedovo airport have founded a charity to pay compensations to those affected by the terrorist attack. Therefore the actions filed by the victims are being revoked. If all actions are called back there will be reasons to arrest the bank account.
