Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has held briefing today in Saint-Petersburg with heads of Investigations Directorates of the Russian Investigative Committee in the Northwestern Federal District.

In addition Mr. Bastrykin heard reports on progress and results of investigation in a number of most complex and resonating criminal cases investigated by the bodies of the Investigative Committee in the Northwestern Federal District. Also, heads of Investigations Directorates reported on work conducted in year 2016 to date.

Following the results of the briefing Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin congratulated employees of Investigative Committee with the professional holiday - the Russian Investigator Day. Then, during a solemn ceremony, he presented most prominent employees with institutional awards.
