The 3-year-old boy kidnapped yesterday in Rostov Region has been found today in Volgograd Region during well-planned joint investigative and search operations. The boy is alive, he has been examined and is out of danger.

The kidnappers have been detained. The investigators are going to find out their motives and all the circumstances surrounding this major crime.
