The Moscow Region Directorate of the Investigative Committee has launched a check in an attack on a paramedic in Lyubertsy District.

According to investigators, an ambulance crew arrived to help a 24-year-old local woman in Zarechnaya Street in the village of Marusino, Lyubertsy District on 14 July 2017. When the paramedics started tending to the woman she first provoked a conflict and then hit multiple times a 32-year-old paramedic who required medical aid.

The Investigative Committee immediately and harshly responds to wrongdoings committed against medical workers. Check is now underway to find out all the circumstances surrounding the incident.
