Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia orders to report about a number of regional incidents

The head of the Amur Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Belyansky S.Y. was instructed to report on the attack on the ambulance paramedic. According to preliminary data, on November 16, 2021 in an apartment of one of the houses in Novobureisky settlement, a local resident injured the medical worker who arrived on a call, and also damaged the ampoules with medicines. Today the motion of the investigator to transfer the criminal case initiated by the bodies of internal affairs under Article 116 of the RF Criminal Code for the attack on the paramedic, to the Amur Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia was granted. The progress of investigation is under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

In addition, the head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Primorsky Krai, V. V. Fomin, was instructed to report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case opened against a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Primorsky Krai, who is suspected of a crime against the sexual inviolability of a child. Currently, investigators have conducted searches, verification of testimony on the spot with the victim, confrontations, and identification. Forensic examinations and other investigative actions aimed at consolidating the evidence base and pressing charges have also been appointed. The progress of investigation of the probe is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

In addition, the story of an underage girl from Chelyabinsk, who was abused by her father, was discussed on air of a federal channel.  The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Chelyabinsk Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Reshetnikov P.G. to organize an inspection of the stated arguments and submit a report.
