Saratov residents recorded a video appeal to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.I. Bastrykin with a request to pay attention to the activities of one of the regional management companies, which is not engaged in maintenance of their apartment building, but at the same time it is impossible to change it, because voting ballots are falsified by interested persons. The head of the Investigative Committee instructed the head of the Saratov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A. Govorunov to report on the circumstances of violation of citizens' rights.

Also, a resident of Tver appealed to A.I. Bastrykin in connection with threats of reprisals from those who had previously abducted him, from which he managed to escape. In his letter to the head of the Investigative Committee, he criticized the work of the local investigative department employees who are investigating the criminal case of his abduction (Paragraphs A, C, D of Part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code). The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed the head of the Tver Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A. Kizimov to report on the conducted complex of investigative actions in the criminal case and to intensify the work to identify the persons involved in the crime.
