The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation  A.I. Bastrykin instructed during the criminal case investigating process to substantiate the facts of  desecration by vandals of monuments to Soviet soldiers in the Dobrich city, Republic of Bulgaria, as well as in the Tapa city located in the Republic of Estonia.

As it became known, in the Dobrich city located in the north-east of the Republic of Bulgaria, a monument to the Soviet soldiers-liberators was desecrated. According to eyewitnesses, a group of young people poured the paint on the monument, after which they put down an insulted message on it. In addition, in the Rahu park, Tapa city (Estonian Republic), the law-breakers desecrated a monument at the communal grave of the Soviet military burial.

A.I. Bastrykin instructed the General Directorate to take actions for  crime-causers identity establishment.
