According to reports, on the afternoon of April 24, 2022, Ukraine shelled the territory located near the Otradny settlement in the Belgorod region.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed his subordinates to document and to investigate this crime, and identify and prosecute all persons involved.
