The Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia launched a criminal case against the Ukrainian force servives  on the shelling the Gorodische settlement located in Rylskiyrayon, Kurskaya oblast and shelling the vehicle-borne checkpoint named “Krupets” into an offence prescribed in Part 3 Article 30, paragraphs «а», «f», «g» ч. 2 Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the  Russian Federation (attempt murder of two or more persons, committed in a general dangerous way, by group of persons in prior collusion), and Article  317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation  (infringement on life of military member, for obstructing their authorized activity to maintenance and provide public order and security).

According to the investigation, on July 20, 2022, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired the above mentioned facilities located in Kurskaya oblast. Power lines and the administrative building of the checkpoint "Krupets» are damaged.

There are no casualities  as a result of the criminal actions of the Ukrainian security forces.

Within the criminal investigation, the necessary examinations were appointed, all the circumstances of this crime are being identified, including the exact persons of the Ukrainian security forces involved in its commission.
