A new video message from the employees of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "TTP" of the Orel city to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia has been published in social media. It says that local officials are consistently and purposefully destroying the bus fleet. Part of the routes has been specially transferred to private carriers, and the Company itself lacks fuel, and there are constant problems with personnel. Employees of the enterprise insist on the inspection of the Enterprise by the Investigating Authorities. Earlier, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia has been already informed about the criminal investigations on illegal actions of Officials of the Administration of the Orel city and embezzlement of funds in a tram and trolleybus Enterprise (Part 1, Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 3, Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The new arguments of the employees of the Transport Company will also be carefully verify within the criminal investigation.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Abramyan A.V., Acting Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Oryol Oblast, to report on the set of investigative actions carried out and the intermediate results of the investigation. The criminal investigation is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Department.
