One of the Internet information portals posted a publication stating that a family with two young children in the Azov city was left without a single home due to possibly illegal actions that were committed against the head of the family and led to the alienation of a residential building. The Investigating Authorities of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Rostov Oblast organized a pre-investigation inspection in order to reveal all the circumstances set forth in the publication.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Huada A.G., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Rostov Oblast, to submit a detailed report on the progress of the ongoing inspection on information about the violation of the rights of citizens.
The inspection and its results are the subject to control in the Main Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee.
