The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia will be reported on the progress of the criminal investigation on the death of a man in Rostov Oblast

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, instructed Mr. A.G. Huade, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Rostov Oblast, to submit a report on the preliminary results of the criminal investigation on the death of a man in a hospital in the Rostov-on-Don city (Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) within the shortest time.

It was explained in the media that the mother of the victim appeals on the loss of medical examinations files that were part of the medical history record of the deceased.

The Head of the Department instructed the Investigators to review the information contained in the publication. The criminal investigation of the case is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the ICR.
