The Investigative Committee of Russia finalized 132 criminal investigations on the crimes committed by the Kiev regime

Since 2014, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has been documenting and investigating crimes against the civilian population of Donbas and Ukraine, committed by the Kiev Military and Political Leadership, nationalists and representatives of Ukrainian Law Enforcement Agencies. Currently, 2244 criminal cases have been launched. Among them there are crimes of genocide, terrorism, ill-treatment of the civilian population, the use of banned means and methods of warfare, murder, deliberate destruction and damage to property (Articles 205, 356, 105, 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and others. Among the defendants there are over 350 persons, in particular, representatives of the Senior Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as Commanders of Military Units who gave criminal orders to shell civilians and civilian infrastructure. A total number of finalized criminal investigations equals 132.

Work on documenting the crimes committed by the Kiev Regime and itssupporters continues. The Investigative Committee of Russia establishes and gives a legal assessment of the actions of all persons involved in the crimes committed.
