The media continues to publish information related to the criminal investigation into the disappearance of a young woman in February of this year in the city of Kaspiysk, where she was staying while taking part in a sports tournament.

The investigation of this case has been placed under the supervision of the central office of the agency and is being conducted by the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Dagestan.

The head of the department has instructed the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to review the criminal case and the progress of the investigation. Based on the findings, employees of the central office are set to prepare specific instructions and monitor their execution.
