Criminal case opened in Moscow over murder of bailiff’s department employee

On 26 May at about 3:30 a.m. a body of a man with stab wound was found near a parking lot on Sedova street in Moscow. It is known that the man was an employee of Moscow Babushkinsky district bailiff department. The investigative bodies of the Moscow city Investigative Committee have initiated a criminal case over the signs of crime under part 1 of article 105 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (murder).

During investigation and search operations a Tajikistan national Anvardzhon Abdiev, born 1988, was detained as the suspect. It has been established, that Abdiev during a sudden quarrel on the street stabbed the victim in the head with a screw driver. The man died of the wound.

At present Abdiev is apprehended and during an interrogation has given testimonies on the circumstances of the crime. In near future the question of putting him into custody will be solved. The investigation is to be continued.
