The Sverdlovsk Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case against 38-year-old Deputy Director of state-funded institution of the Sverdlovsk Region Fund of House Building. He is suspected of a crime under part 6 of article 290 of the RF Criminal Code (bribe-taking on an especially large scale).

According to investigators, on 31 October 2012, a culprit in the town of Talitsa received from a representative of a commercial structure 1 million 100 thousand rubles for further patronage in concluding state contracts.

The official was placed into custody as a pre-trial restraining measure. At present necessary investigating operations are under way to collect and consolidate evidence. Investigation is to be continued.
