Investigating bodies of Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have found all persons involved in murder of famous coach – former Deputy Director of Shinnik FC Yuri Shishlov. Karina Abezova, 30, has been charged with a crime under part 3 of article 33, paragraph “h” of part 2 of article 105 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (organization of contract murder).
According to investigators, in 2010 Abezova not to pay debts decided to organize murder of Shishlov from whom she had earlier borrowed large sum of money. For that she found a killer – Andrey Yartsev, who had come to work in Moscow from Belorussia. He consented to commit a crime for 150 thousand rubles. On 4 August 2010 on the Sergey Makeev Street in the center of Moscow opposite entrance to Shishlov’s house he shot the victim several times and fled. Yuri Shishlov died of the wounds the day after. On 23 March 2012 Yartsev was detained at the railway station in Saint-Petersburg. During investigation Yartsev pleaded guilty. Abezova has never admitted the guilt in murder.
However, in addition to charges in Shishlov’s contract murder, investigators have discovered other crimes of Abezova, including plotting another contract murder on the similar motive. This time Abezova was going to order the murder of her female acquaintance not to pay money she had received from her to make the visa. In the near future Abezova will be brought to final charges. Within the framework of the criminal case Yartsev’s accomplice was put on a wanted list. Investigation is to be continued.
