In the course of a system operation to check out the versions of the murder of a 15-year old Anna Zhuleva whose body with signs of a violent death, coupled with the violence of a sexual nature, was found on September 2, 2012 in the heat trace between residential houses in Sobinka the Investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Vladimir region established a person involved in the crime.

As a result of a well-organized and professional investigation and search operations the objective information was obtained about the involvement in the murder of a 24-year old resident of the Sobinsky district who fled outside the Vladimir region after committing the crime. September 26, 2012 the young man was arrested in the Irkutsk region thanks to joint efforts of the staff of the Investigative Committee and the regional department of the Interior Ministry of Russia.

At the present time the proceedings are being conducted with the defendant. Later he will be convoyed in the Vladimir region. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
