Case opened against leader of Right Sector Dmitry Yarosh

The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case against leader of Right Sector Dmitry Yarosh over signs of crimes under part 2 of article 205.2 of the RF Penal Code and part 2 of article 280 (public calls for terrorism and extremism using media).

According to investigators in his statements leader of the Ukraine’s ultra-nationalist organization Right Sector Dmitry Yarosh publicly calls for anti-Russian forces to extremism and terrorism in Russia.

It should be noted that any one, who commits or calls for serious crimes will be prosecuted in accordance with international and Russian laws, no matter where the perpetrator is and which citizenship they have if it is about protection of legitimate interests of Russian citizens and constitutional foundation of our state.

In the near future investigators are going to ask court to put Yarosh in custody in absentia, then he will be put on an international wanted list.
