Based on the records provided by the Federal Security Service the Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened a probe in fraudulent stealing of budget funds by top managers of OOO Rabikon (part 4 of article 159 of the RF Penal Code).

According to investigators, the top managers of OOO Rabikon submitted forged resolutions of courts of justice on paying for a translator’s services in Moscow Office of Court Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, which resulted in stealing in 2014 over 300 million rubles from the federal budget.

At present CEO of OOO Rabikov Umar Zarobetov and former head of Moscow office of Court Department Vyacheslav Lipezin have been detained and arrested.

The investigation is ongoing.
