Following the check launched in the poisoning of children in a kindergarten, the Novosibirsk Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have opened a criminal investigation against a teacher of kindergarten No 262 of Novosibirsk. She is suspected of a crime under part 1 of article 293 of the RF Penal Code (negligence).

According to investigators, in the afternoon of 2 October 2015, three 5-year-old girls took a narcotic while on a walk within the premises of the facility. As a result of the teacher’s improper discharge of her duties the children suffered considerable bodily harm. At the present time they are out of danger.

In addition, the investigation is ongoing in a crime under part 1 of article 228.1 of the RF Penal Code over illegal drug dealing in the kindergarten.

At present investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crimes.
