The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continues investigation against deputy of the People’s Assembly of Dagestan Sagid Murtazaliyev, Head of Kizlyar District Andrey Vinogradov and Omar Asadulayev. They are charged with a series of felonies including financing terrorism (parts 1 and 2 of article 205.1, parts 3 and 5 of article 33, article 217, parts 3 and 5 of article 33, part 1 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code).

Operative officer of the crime detection department of the Kizlyar Office of the Russian Ministry of the Interior Magomed Magomedov has been held on suspicion of complicity in an attempt on the life of Deputy Head of the Anti-extremism Center of the Ministry of the Interior for Dagestan Kudzhiyev (part 5 of article 33, article 317 of the RF Penal Code).

At present, following the request of the investigator, a court has ruled to remand Magomedov in custody pending trial. The investigation is ongoing.
