The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee is investigating a case over a crime under Part 2, items “c”, “g” and “h” of Article 105 of the RF Penal Code (murder of a minor by a group of people under a previous conspiracy out of mercenary motives) following a murder of a girl.

It was known earlier that a father came back home on 16 march 2016, to his flat in a residential building in Belorechenskaya Street in Moscow and found the dead body of his 12-eyar-old daughter in bathroom with stab wounds to her neck.

The investigators managed to identify the killer and find out the motive of the crime, as well as the person who had ordered the murder. At present the investigators are considering the version that 18-year-old brother of the victim who wanted to get hold of the flat was involved in the crime. To accomplish his plan, he had found a killer through social networks. However, after the murder, the 17-year-old killer got frightened and fled not waiting for other members of the family.

The suspects have been detained. Investigative operations are under way to collect and process the evidence. The suspects are expecting charges and a restraint. The investigation is ongoing.
