Alexander Bastrykin received citizens in Moscow on 13 July 2016. The Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee received residents of Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod and Rostov Region and Tatarstan.

Most of the complaints related to procedural decisions made over criminal cases investigated in regional authorities of the Investigative Committee.

Following the reception, Mr. Bastrykin gave explicit orders to heads of territorial investigating bodies. The review of all received complaints and appeals is under personal control of the Chairman.
