Investigation against former head of abrogated Northwestern Federal District Directorate of Interior Ministry and his accomplices finished

The Major Cases Office of the Investigative Committee has finished the investigation against former head of the abrogated Northwestern Federal District Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior Vitaly Bykov, his deputy Aleksandr Monastyrshin, head of the logistics center Ivan Lozyuk, head of financial and economic office Sbetlana Shatova and deputy head of the secrecy, staff and state service office Irina Burkhanova. According to investigators, in 2014, Bykov, Lozyuk, Shatova and Burkhanova issued three forged orders of the Northwestern Federal District Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior on paying bonuses to the staff between 340 and 700 thousand rubles. This way, they stole 19.1 million rubles of budget money.
