The Major Cases Directorate of the Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against leaders and members of a criminal group who stole budget funds allocated on construction of different state-funded federal facilities (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 210, Part 4 of Article 159 of the RF Penal Code).

Preliminary damage of their wrongdoings is estimated at being at least 225 million rubles.

The Federal Security Service and the Federal Protective Service detained CEO of Ateks Andre Kaminov, former first deputy CEO Stanislav Kyuner, as well as Dmitry Torchinsky, Sergei Litvinov, Sergei Perevaov and Alexander Rodionov.

Today investigators are going to ask courts to remand the suspects in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
