The Krasnodar Territory Office of the Investigative committee has launched a check in a video spread in mass media showing how two children fall out a car on the run on a road.

According to preliminary information, on the afternoon of 5 June 2017, a woman was transporting her two children in the trunk of her Volvo car in the city of Sochi. When the car was moving on Gorky Street the children fell out on the road. The 3-year-old girl was injured and taken to hospital. Doctors say that her condition is normal, while her brother was not injured.

Investigators are going to look into all the circumstances surrounding the incident. They are going to analyze and give legal assessment to the actions of the mother. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
