The Major Cases Directorate of the Investigative Committee has finished criminal proceedings against CEO of the M.V. Khrunichev State Space Science and Production Center Alexander Seliveyorstov and his subordinates - deputy CEO of the Space Rocket Plant Viktor Larin and Yuri Yakovlev charged with embezzlement by an organized group on a very large scale under Part 4 of Article 160 of the RF Criminal Code.

According to investigators, between 2011 and 2013, to defraud the Center of its funds, the accused signed illegal contracts on supply of metal production with OOO Company MetallResurs, a limited liability company, at inflated prices and up to 102% of extra charge. The M.V. Khrunichev State Space Science and Production Center suffered a damage of more than 108 million rubles.

The investigators have enough evidence, so the criminal case with the signed indictment has been referred to court.

In addition, CEO of Company MetallResurs Ruslan Urazgildeyev is now internationally wanted and the case against him has been severed to form separate criminal proceedings.
