The Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area Office of the Investigative Committee has opened an investigation in reckless homicide of two or more people under Part 3 of Article 109 of the RF Criminal Code after 4 bodies were found at a fire site in a block of flats.

Investigators have found out so far that the fire started in the block of flats in Lenin Street in the settlement of Krasnoselkup on the night of 24 December 2017. Bodies of an adult and three children were found on the fire scene.

At present, the investigators are working to find out all the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigation continues.
