Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs Central Office to supervise probe into violation of right of residents of one of residential complexes of Moscow Region

Today one of federal TV channels reported a violation of the rights of the residents of the apartment buildings of a residential complex in Balashikha, Moscow Region. The residents reported improper construction of the complex and violations on behalf of the constructor, including cracks in the walls and lack of infrastructure announced by the constructor previously. Apart from that, it was reported that the land the complex is built on had been illegally acquired by the constructor. The Balashikha Main Investigations Department of the Moscow Regional Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia has initiated a pre-investigative probe into the reported facts.

Alexander Bastrykin has instructed the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia to supervise the procedural probe and ordered to inspect all the reported arguments and to give an impartial legal assessment of the actions of all persons responsible for the construction and commissioning of the residential complex.
