On September 8, 2021 a 2-year-old boy was injured by other children in the form of bruises and abrasions while in a private kindergarten. The boy was rendered the necessary assistance by his teachers on the spot. The investigative department launched a probe into this fact.

On September 9, 2021 the suspect, being in a state of intoxication, driving a car, hit two schoolgirls. The 11-year-old girl died at the scene of the accident, and her 13-year-old friend was hospitalized at Children's Regional Hospital with various injuries. The suspect's 51-year-old father, who was in the car with him at the time of the accident, was also taken to a medical facility. Currently, the suspect is detained, the investigation petitioned the court for a measure of restraint in the form of detention.
