Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the head of the Krasnodar Territorial Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.K. Maslov to report on the circumstances of injuries to a young boy in a private kindergarten. On September 8, 2021 a 2-year-old boy was injured by other children in the form of bruises and abrasions while in a private kindergarten. The boy was rendered the necessary assistance by his teachers on the spot. The investigative department launched a probe into this fact.

In addition, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the head of the Tambov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia Polshakov A.N. to report on the progress of the criminal investigation into the accident that killed a little girl. On September 9, 2021 the suspect, being in a state of intoxication, driving a car, hit two schoolgirls. The 11-year-old girl died at the scene of the accident, and her 13-year-old friend was hospitalized at Children's Regional Hospital with various injuries. The suspect's 51-year-old father, who was in the car with him at the time of the accident, was also taken to a medical facility. Currently, the suspect is detained, the investigation petitioned the court for a measure of restraint in the form of detention. The progress of investigation of the probe is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
