Residents of Volgograd Oblast appealed to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia to launch a probe into the decision to close the Kamyshinsky branch of the Volgograd Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary, which caused enormous damage to legitimate interests of citizens and their relatives. In this regard, Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of Volgograd Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Semenov V.I., to report on the situation in the region and measures taken to restore the rights of citizens to necessary medical care.
In addition, following an appeal by an initiative group about a possible raider seizure of an agricultural enterprise, the head of the Ryazan Regional Investigative Department, V.A. Nikeshkin, was instructed to report on all the circumstances of the incident and on possible fraudulent actions against the owners, as well as on the role of law enforcement agencies described in the appeal as "inactive".
