The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the head of the Volgograd Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia V.I. Semenov to report on the situation with the violation of the rights of the residents of Gorky village of Volgograd region.

The media reported that the citizens prepared an appeal to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia. It notes that due to the construction of a new branch of railroad tracks, some residents of the village were cut off from the infrastructure: schools, stores, kindergartens. It was reported that no one responds to the complaints of the villagers.
