A number of media published an appeal addressed to the leadership of the Investigative Committee of Russia from the owner of a hotel in the city of Ufa with a request to investigate the situation with the demolition of the hotel building and to take legal response measures. The applicant notes that the demolition of one of the facilities could cause the destruction of the entire business, which, according to the entrepreneur, was built to support children's and youth sports.

Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed the Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan D.N. Cherniyayev to report on the situation and verify the arguments stated in the appeal.
