The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed to start a pre-investigation check in connection with the inability of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom employees to return from the territory of Ukraine to Russia.

According to the available data, since February 23, four employees of the state corporation have been unable to return to Russia from Ukraine.  The specialists were sent to the Rovno NPP in accordance with contractual obligations.

A. I. Bastrykin instructed the investigators to thoroughly examine the circumstances of the incident. If the grounds are sufficient, a decision to initiate a criminal case will be made following the procedural check.
