According to the available information, on April 3, as a result of shelling of the city of Pervomaisk by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a woman born in 1985 was wounded. Within the investigation of already initiated criminal cases, the investigators will give a legal evaluation of this incident.

In addition, in the village of Novaya Krasnyanka of the Lugansk People's Republic, Ukrainian nationalists used residents of a boarding house for the disabled and elderly as a human shield. The Chairman of the IC of Russia has instructed the investigators of the Main Investigative Department to initiate a criminal case on this incident.

In accordance with the department head's orders, the investigators must take measures to identify the persons involved in committing these crimes. All circumstances of the incident will be established as part of the criminal case investigation.
