The General Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation established and investigates the new facts of the crimes done by the Ukraine Military against the civilian population of Donbas, including kids. The new criminal cases are initiated into the offence  under Part. 1 Art. 356 the Criminal Code of the RF (vicious treatment of civil people; application of the means and methods in war, prohibited by the International Treaty of the RF).

The investigators pay the particular attention to the juvenile crimes, as the children who appeared at the places of shelling and are the most defenseless category of citizens and, unfortunately, they become victims of the Ukrainian nationalists.

Thus, according to the investigation, April 6-7, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other Ukrainian military units, fulfilling the obviously criminal orders of higher commanders and officials of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, produced massive sighting artillery and mortar shelling from severe weapons, having high affecting properties, Civil infrastructure facilities in the Mariupol city, as well as the Ivanovka settlement of the Donetsk People's Republic. As a result of shelling of the Mariupol city, five juveniles of local residents were injured by varying severity. In addition, as a result, the shell got into the village of Ivanovka of Dokuchaevsk city in the Donetsk People's Republic and another minor peaceful resident was injured.

In the same period, shelling in other settlements of the Lugansk People’s  Republic and the Donetsk People's Republic were made. In total, there were 22 people killed as a result of such criminal actions, about 30 civilians were injured. The 22 objects of the civil infrastructure were damaged, including in Yasinovatoye the building of Gorgas is damaged, in Pervomaysk – the pipeline is damaged.

Ukrainian Military acted in violation of the provisions of the Convention on the Protection of the Civil Population during the war (Geneva, 12.08.1949), additional protocol II to it The investigation is in progress of establishing the Ukrainian Military units involved in these shelling, as well as towards the Officials who gave and executed the illegal orders about the shelling of civil infrastructure.
