During the summer holidays, cases of injury to children on the rides and during recreational activities become more frequent. Unfortunately, every year we have to state that the Organizers do not always take care of the safety rules compilence for both: the visitors and the people around them, when installing public amusement rides, as practice shows. In addition, instructors do not have sufficient qualifications, while working on amusement rides.

The Investigative Committee draws the attention of children entertainmen providers to the need to comply with all safety requirements and routine equipment and machinery inspection for compliance with standards in order to prevent injury and death of citizens.

We also draw the attention of parents when choosing an amusement ride - it is necessary to revise and read through the rules for using any of the amusement, where all possible restrictions are indicated regarding the age, height, weight or health of children. It is necessary to make sure whether the amusement passed the routine maintenance and whether the relevant documents are available - the Client remains the right to get the necessary information about the services provided.

The Investigative Committee immediately responds to all cases of rules violation related to the safety of life and health of Clients, taking measures prescribed by the law and prosecuting all those responsible for safety rules supervision.
