In connection with the difficulty of the investigation, the necessity of a lot of investigation operations to establish all circumstances of the incidents, the criminal case over mass deaths of people caused by natural disaster in the Krasnodar Territory has been seized from proceedings by the Krasnodar Territory Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee and forwarded for further investigation to the Southern Federal District Investigations Directorate.
