Missing underage girls found in Krasnodar Territory

The Krasnodar Territory investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue pre-investigating check into that fact that five 15-year-old girls from the village of Kabardinka, city of Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Terriotry went missing.

According to investigators, the girls are students of the same school. The girls in different circumstances met with adult young men who are working at construction sites in Krymsk. Two of the girls on 18 October 2012 went with young people to Novorossiysk, and from there went to Krymsk, where they lived changing residence from time to time. The rest of the girls on 29 October 2012 with other young people went to Krasnodar, where they spent a short time and went to Krymsk as well, where they met with other girls. During the search operations the girls were found. Investigators interrogated the girls. They claimed that they had left their homes on their own will and nobody had limited their freedom of movement.

At present the check is underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident. Investigators are also finding out whether other crimes were committed against the girls, not connected with limitation of freedom. A procedural decision will be made after the check.
